CHAS

The Contractors’ Health and Safety Assessment Scheme is designed to enable building contractors to comply with current legislation.  It is recognised in numerous industries across the UK and provides reassurance to clients that they are working with a reputable and responsible company.  The range of different assessments available include Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Financial & Business and Environmental.

FENSA

The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA) is the UK’s most widely recognised competent person scheme in the glazing industry.  FENSA provide government authorised certification for window and door installations to prove that they comply with current Building Regulations requirements.  Working with a FENSA approved installer like Futureglaze means that your new windows and doors are guaranteed and protected.

Constructionline

Constructionline support a range of businesses by connecting contractors with suppliers and ensuring standards are regulated.  Working to PAS 91 standards, Constructionline was developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) to simplify and unify the validation process of a broad and diverse selection of products and services.

HomePro

HomePro provide an extensive range of insurance and guarantee services.  From home insurance and new installation protection to insurance backed guarantees and mortgage protection, HomePro are fully regulated and provide a safe and established homeowner-focused service.  They also have one of the largest fully vetted installer databases to help you to connect with reputable trades people in your area.
